One arrived with faulty hinges that became loose over the following months so I asked for a replacement under guarantee. 1 month later and without communicating with me, a packet of parts for a new hinge arrived through my door without enough screws. I was able to use the original ones to refit the seat and it's now ok. They solved the problem but didn't make it easy. No instructions were provided for this or the original order.
