I would say Zero stars but that's not an option. After destroying my credit (took it down over 30 points) trying to refinance my car. They want a down payment of $3,506.00.Why would I apply for a loan to refinance my car if I had $3,506.00? Really? I know my car is a 2016 but it's also in excellent condition and only has 68,000 miles on it.I will never recommend this company for anything.Not worth it, then had to wait over 2 weeks for someone to actually call me back.Not a good experience at all.Please think long and hard before you reach out to TRESL
