The first contact I did not get response on the return status. Then after a few days, the support wrote to me cited he/she was sick, that’s the reason for delay response. I got the refund processed as promised. People got sick it’s not anyone’s fault. But it is hard to imagine only one employee handles return in support department. I wrote to support email address, not a personal email. Should that be more than one employee handles customer service? The company sell very good products, service process needs to be improved.
