I engaged Ubiquity Retirement + Savings in October 2025 to set up a 401(k) plan for my medical practice.My assigned representative, Jason Gross, and I spent most of that month exchanging numerous emails and calls to meet a tight year-end setup deadline. I invested a substantial number of hours providing payroll data, plan design information, and documentation requested by Ubiquity.On October 20, 2025, Mr. Gross abruptly stopped the process after I questioned an unidentified email requesting banking information that did not appear to come from an official Ubiquity address. When I asked him to confirm whether the message was legitimate, he terminated our engagement without warning or further communication.This left the 401(k) plan incomplete and caused significant disruption and financial harm to our business, which relied on the plan being finalized before year-end for contribution and tax purposes.I am requesting that Ubiquity Retirement + Savings review this incident, acknowledge the failure of service, and provide an appropriate remedy or compensation for the time and financial loss incurred.
