I tried the service a few times and it was adequate until they claimed my parcel was too large for standard shipping. They only provided options over £100 for an order of five items under £60. When I reached out for help, my request to return it was ignored. They insisted I pay a £9 repackaging fee, which I did, but now the only cheaper option is £40 for untracked shipping, which I had previously paid only £16 for. Enjoy that £9 because it will be the last you receive from me.
