I was involved in an LMIA application managed by this firm, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative. Due to poor strategy and inadequate legal advice given to the employer, the LMIA application was rejected. Essential risks were overlooked or disregarded, even after I raised concerns in writing multiple times. The guidance provided did not accurately represent the actual situation, which directly led to the refusal. Communication was another significant issue. Despite several follow-up emails, the firm did not provide timely responses or effective support during a crucial phase of the process. This was particularly concerning considering the substantial legal fees already paid. All communications and payments are well documented. This has had a serious impact on my personal and professional life, as my relocation and career plans were negatively affected by these shortcomings. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing to engage with this firm.
