This is one of the worst businesses I've encountered. They don't adhere to their policies, have no working phone number, and the device I received was ineffective. It didn't help my sore neck, the heat pads were excessively hot even on the lowest setting, and the device delivered shocks. The product is made overseas, and the free add-ons are worthless. This company should be shut down. I've lost $200 due to this experience, and to top it off, they even offered me $5 for a five-star review!
