This place is the biggest scam! I bought the stupid neck massager and learned I would need neck surgery so couldn’t use and I’ve been trying to return it since day 1, they have given me the runaround. First they said if I post a video review saying how much I loved it, they would refund me. Then they begged me to keep it for a free gift, when I refused all of that , now they are saying the have to wait to get a shipping label approved and it’s been weeks! I’m out $100 scam scam scam
