I ordered a vitality magic pro 2.0 September 8 of this year for $97.95. When I received it, I was supposed to have extras come with it and nothing did but yet they charged me also the product doesn’t work it’s defective. They ask for videos showing that it doesn’t work which I provided and it’s been two months and they still will not send me a return label or give me a refund. I’m at my wits end. I’ve called my bank And now we can’t even find it in my account yet I paid for it because it came up probably as a different name and my bank account and a different amount. This company is horrible. I would never ever recommend them and I’m disabled and I don’t need this crap.
