Unfortunately I cannot give it a zero star. They advertise a money back guarantee, I contacted on September 10th to return, ordered August 23rd. Have been giving me BS about they have to provide the label which they will not do. Today is 11/12 - 62 days later and "Jay" from customer support can only say he understands my frustration and he will send as soon as available. Complete waste of money. I see the company keeps responding that they would NEVER (LMAO) request a false review so just popping back on to post the email body where they did just that. NOT STOPPING TIL THEY REFUND MY MONEY!!
