Defective product and scam website. I’ve been using the pupsicle regularly for one of my dogs for a few weeks when I noticed I could no longer unscrew and screw it back together. I contacted them because I didn’t have issues with the other 2 (I’d only used a handful of times) so I assumed it was defective. They replaced it and it’s been a couple weeks and so far so good. Now one of the older ones I’ve only used less than 10 times is having the exact same issue. These aren’t made to last.On top of that, I am signed up for their auto delivery service. I went to cancel an item today and they offered me 50% off not to cancel. Not 50% off an item, just 50% off and if I hit the button it would be applied to my order. I clicked it and continued to still modify my order by skipping a few things. The total came to almost $80. It was supposed to ship in a week and it asked if I’d like to receive it sooner so I clicked the button saying yes to getting it now and instead of being directed to a checkout screen to review my order and see the 50% off applied so my order would be $40, it just said THANKS FOR YOU ORDER! My heart was racing. I thought, no problem, they’ve been helpful in the past, I’ll just email them. I contacted them immediately and after attempting to resolve this all morning, they left me hanging and just sent an automated confirmation of shipping! I was LIVID. I emailed them again, desperate to have this stopped since the last correspondence stated they would have a supervisor look into it and reach out. I got an email back fairly quickly basically stating, sorry, we can’t stop it, you’re going to be charged but you’re welcome to go through the hassle of returning it. This is fraud since I absolutely marked items to be skipped and they’re still being shipped, on top of never actually getting a screen to approve my purchase. I will NEVER do business with them again. Shady practices and no customer service number, you HAVE to email them.UPDATE: after threatening them with the credit card dispute and a negative review, they have refunded 50% of my money and are offering to replace the defective pupsicle with “a newer model that doesn’t have the sticking problem”. So they are well aware it’s an issue but they only made the new model in one color. We’ll see if it works.
