I had the mask for 18 months using 2x per week for 20 minutes. The red light on the mask stopped working. For 2 months I have filled put 2 reports, uploaded pictures and recipes and am still waiting to hear from them about the mask. This company does not have good customer support so I will never but a product from them again!
