I am a regular purchaser of MZ Skin products. After spending £300 on my Liberty London Christmas Advent every product inside was amazing except the MZ Skin Hydra Mask. It was literally in pieces and eroding away inside the mask packaging. I emailed customer services at MZ Skin for a replacement who basically couldn't give a s##t and told me to contact Liberty to get a replacement. At the end of the day they only supplied the the Advent - MZ Skin produced and manufactured the mask so in my opinion they should replace it . These masks aren't cheap. Roughly sell for £25-35 each ! You would think that replacing this out of courtesy for a high end product would be automatic to a company like this . So thanks for nothing Grace ( Customer Experience Representative in Training) for having zero Customer Experience Represention ) and your extremely rude email response. I would 100% never buy an MZ Skin Product again or recommend you to friends either. Appalling Customer Experience !
