Used the retinol skin booster as directed first few days no problem then woke up and omg under my eyes and near my cheekbones I’ve aged 20 years. It’s been two weeks and still look as bad as ever. Customer service are not interested. All they said was if you’d bought the product we’d refund but as it’s a free sample then bye! Basically not interested that my high cheekbones and under eye look dreadful. I’m devastated and so glad I didn’t buy the full size. Beware of products and customer service as they are not interested in the customer. I’m devastated on how I now look and they just don’t care.
