The online offer said this, but the contract wrote otherwise. Ambiguous, misleading wordings, tricks with numbers and finally, overcharges. When I complained, the customer service first denied that they received the email while their system clearly acknowledged it. Liars. Even when they replied, it was just full of BS, double talk, no answers to questions, just repeating that they want the payment. Without rectifying the complaint they cut the service and they still demanded payment!The contract is now over but they still just demand...No respect for customers. Disgusting, greedy company.Maybe this is not the real Vodafone. I’ve been using their services across EU countries for two decades and never had a problem, but in Ireland... Hard to describe without being censored.
