Webchat poor level of service and communication I have experienced regarding a refund of €200.After spending 40 minutes providing details via your webchat service, I was informed that I would need to call my bank to get them to cancel the tranaction (even though the transaction was complete and was in Vodafone account) or need to call vodafone or wait two to three days for a return call. And then tried to sell me a new contract. As a business owner, I find this delay unacceptable; if a customer overpays in error, I ensure the refund is processed immediately.Was told to contact my bank, which didnt seem right, as they would have to contact Vodafone to get them to send back the money. And I contacted the bank and they confirmed my thoughts, that its Vodafone that would have to send back the money.It appears that while your sales and sign-up processes are efficient, your support for resolving existing issues is significantly lacking. I used the Webchat service instead of ringing. However ended up calling the bank and then rang Vodafone. Who then eventually found the issue and said would refund the money. so if you do have an issue ring 1907 and insist or wait to talk to an agent. Webchat is a waste of time.
