Service ok. Account management impossible

We use Vodafone for mobile, internet and landline. These services are fine. But try to use their website or the app for anything account related and you’ll fail every time. I recently had to change my bank card, and my mobile bill is now overdue as it was paid automatically from that card. I’ve tried multiple times over a week to pay the bill, or change my payment method and every time I get debug code errors or “something went wrong” messages. You would never think that Vodafone was a company selling technology services from the performance of their website and app. You would think they would at least get right the part where they take your money, but not even that.
