Last Monday 20th January my tv and Internet stopped working. I rang the company Vodafone the next day to report this. Got the usual "we are dealing with the situation " this is now Sunday 26th and nothing is fixed. I'm furious as I'm expected to pay €120 at the end of the month plus Netflix. Their customer service is just not good enough. I feel totally powerless as I can't reply to any of the texts they have sent me, all of which are the same. I rang them again on Thursday 24th and was told not to be ringing, they would let me know when the problem is fixed ! I'm fuming. I definitely will be finding a different service provider as soon as is possible.
