I'm with Vodafone Ireland broadband and TV 5 year's. At the beginning minor issues always fixed. Then April of this year change came with new TV play stream boxes you had change over as they were switching off the old reliable boxes. 2 boxes required and received main box worked OK multi room not so. They are unable to connect both boxes to my account number and won't give me a date of completion. Text every week apologies should be fixed in 5 more days on and on. Ringing is like ping bong bouncing from one to another. Not paying for multiroom but can't get out contract until elite tech admit it can't be fixed which they.wont. 4 boxes and numerous complaints Comreg are now dealing with it. Terrible service Horrible experience. Ps. Soarview and Freeview for the future.
