I’m shocked ..Worst customer service ever ..I placed an order with the express shipping method and it took 2 weeks to be shipped , then was never delivered and returned to nakd because of the wrong address information which is totally false, I spoke to dhl and they informed they never sent the package via express option , so this means the company is tricking customers into buying a service they don’t provide, customer service didn’t give me any solutions, just gaslighting messages… they gave me a discount code probably as a strategy to make customers buy more ..Placed a new order thinking would be impossible for this to happen again , payed the express option and placed it way before 1 pm (was indicated that orders placed before that time will be processed the same day) and still haven’t gotten any confirmation or shipping number ..Contacted the customer service fearing I would experience this again and they sent me the same automated message .. Just some minutes ago I got a new email with this message!! I’m sorry to inform you that we do not offer express delivery at this time. We currently only provide standard delivery for all orders.This is not what is shown on the website!! And what I payed for ..So this is basically a way of tricking people .. wow
