I engaged Naail & Co to handle my company accounts and personal tax return for the year ended 31 January 2025. I paid in advance £1,200 for a full set of services, including bookkeeping review, posting year-end adjustments, preparation of accounts, submission of CT600, and filing at Companies House.While draft accounts were prepared and shared, the firm refused to complete submission due to an error in the previous year’s accounts. I specifically signed and paid them to submit the accounts which they have never done. I attempted to resolve the matter through ACCA’s professional conduct process, to claim the loss and get a partial refund but the complaint was closed without resolution.As a result, I had to appoint a new accountant and incur additional costs. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. I recommend this firm.They also called me in office to tell me that I was in breach of Vat and after weeks they realised that I was nearly reaching the threshold but not enough. It affect my mood badly. I do not recommended
