I had a very disappointing experience at Nabil Bank, Putalisadak branch today. The staff member I interacted with was rude and unhelpful. She used terms I couldn’t comprehend, and instead of explaining clearly, she repeated the same words over and over as if that would somehow help. When I asked for clarification, she became visibly irritated.I eventually had to call someone else who had previous experience with the bank just to understand what was going on. This is not what I expect from a professional banking service.Nabil Bank seriously needs to improve staff training in communication and customer support. Basic courtesy and clear explanation go a long way—especially when dealing with clients who are trying to understand banking procedures.
