Personally, I'm using this bank service since 2014. Which is quite long. At beginning services are fine, quick, and satisfactory but now these recent days I don't understand what happened to this bank which is out my imagination. Today I went to the bank for connect ips activation and what happen there was out of my expectation. Let me tell you the scenario "I just said to the receptionist to print out 2 copies of connect ips documents" the answer from the receptionist was terrified, she said we dont print any documents here at any cost while I was in the emergency. To be honest this is my worst experience ever at nabil bank, new road branch. I think staff not everyone but few of them are full of rude behaviour, major attitude, and not even small idea about costumer satisfaction.totally disappointed.Regards,Bibek Lama
