I Love the NadineWest service, I had never had any issues with customer service , they always answer me in less than 24hrs. They answers any questions or concerns that I may have. I been receiving their service since March 2025 till now and will continue to see what NadineWest have to offer. The company have come a long way now and they have improved tremendously.
I asked for casual clothing that is age appropriate for myself and I received clothing from a Forever 21 outlet store. The clothing appears to be soooo cheaply made and material that maybe is ok for a high schooler. The pictures are completely deceiving for what you get. There is no description of the product online so you are looking at pictures of clothing from one angle only and trying to make a decision. I’m sorry I wasted my money. Won’t make the same mistake again!! I realize you get what you pay for but I could have picked out better quality pieces for the same price from Target.
I asked for casual trendy mom pieces. They sent me an entire shipment of work attire. When I questioned it they said oh we have high standards for what we send and to give feedback for next purchases. I will not spend another $18 just to get a shipment of styles that were in trend 10 years ago. Do not waste your money!
I almost did not join due to a lot of negative reviews! I guess I got-lucky I’m on my 15 th shipment never had one problem kept many many things and my girl Jaimie is amazing! They are a bit strict about sending back all returns within a set amount of time. You can request more time no problem. They text to remind you also. If it’s annoying to go to send stuff back this isn’t for yiu. I saves me hours of shopping and I have great outfits delivered to my door?
I can't stand them. I have had 4 different orders now and haven't kept a single item. My first order in the middle of summer was all winter clothing and ugly stuff at that. Also an order with several pair of almost identical black jeggings. One order smelled entirely of cigarette smoke and I refused to even try the stuff. They have a lot of ugly clothing they send whatever they want regardless of season or what your preferences are. They don't seem to read messages about your likes and dislikes, size, fit, style. And everything is more expensive than their ads claim. Headed back to my other style company now.
NadineWest clothing is the most affordable and trendy clothing you can get. I always get my shipments, and love whatever is inside.I'm always looking forward to it and with time,it got better and better as stylists gradually became familiar with my taste of clothes and colors.
