This was my first order, and it arrived faster than expected. Unfortunately, it was delivered to a neighbor with serious mental health issues while I was away. Despite the package indicating refrigeration, my neighbor did not refrigerate it, leaving the product in a warm environment. When I contacted support, they informed me that a replacement wasn't possible and suggested it should be okay even after being out of a cold environment for 48 hours. I'm hesitant to use it, fearing reduced potency or potential infection.
