Ordered something from the new activewear range and when it did not fit I was shocked with the £7.50 return fee on top of over £5 for shipping in the first place. An expensive try on for a top that was certainly not £80 in quality either. No mention of these costs in the information available, this is not a brand that is customer focused in anyway.Contacted customer service and no reply to emails either. I’m amazed so many celebrities have put their name to this company and their activewear launch. Sadly very disappointed and out of pocket.
