I placed an order in December and still have not received anything. This company is a complete fraud. When I messaged them on one platform, they directed me to another. Each time I reached out, they claimed their emails were down for months. They don’t respond to inquiries, and when I mentioned contacting my bank, they replied with vague excuses about chargebacks. They clearly think they’ll win any disputes due to supposed evidence. However, under consumer rights, you are entitled to a refund for undelivered goods. If you haven't received your order, reach out to your bank for your rightful refund. This company is simply robbing people. It's utterly disgraceful.
