I purchased four sets of nails on October 19 and have yet to receive them. The owner claimed I opted for standard shipping, but I was not given other options. I’ve messaged them several times on social media, but they continue to ignore me. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a business that should uphold ethical standards.
