I had an issue with a product less than 1/2 full & I couldn’t get the promotional freebie to add to my cart. They got my issues taken care of so fast I couldn’t believe it. I reached out to them on Friday evening late. They already have rectified the issue & my shipment of replacement product should be here tomorrow.
