Really good customer service :) I ordered some items from them, and after a while of not hearing anything, I called them up. Then upon finding out my parcel was lost by DBD, they immediately sent out a new one the same day and gave me a free item as well. Everything was well wrapped and packaged, just as described. My only tip would be to call them instead of email, as I found this more efficient.
