I have done lots of research around supplements not just to improve pregnancy or fertility but overall health as well as cellular improvement. Liposume is great at ensuring the majority of the product is absorbed. Not a massive fan of the taste as I don’t like juices, my favourite drink is still water on its own. Would be good to have a plain drink no flavour taste or vanilla would be all over that. They say you can just shot it but it’s too much liquid so not possible
