This service automatically renews your subscription without any prior notice or explicit consent, which is completely unacceptable. There is no option to disable this auto-renewal, which under German law is a clear violation of consumer rights. I have repeatedly requested the deletion of my profile, as is my right under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and my requests have been completely ignored. I strongly advise anyone in the EU to think twice before signing up getting out is nearly impossible.
