The products are amazing. Hopefully you never have an issue where you need support from customer service. I received a text or email saying that my subscription was shipping. I lost my job and canceled the order. It was shipped to my old address and the company refuses to help me with a refund. Thank you for nothing. I will unfortunately have to find other products when I am employed again because I have zero loyalty to them now. They sacrificed hundreds of dollars and an advocate for a $30 product.
