I have seen other reviews regarding returns. My experience was awful. I had 2 large containers of protein in my cart, was mid-checkout, literally paying, when a takeover add interrupted the purchase. It showed a visual of 2 large containers of protein with 3 other smaller jars of new products for gut, greens, and fiber. I wasn't looking for these but the ad made it appear like you could get what they called a "bundle" for the same price as what was currently in my cart. Kind of a no brainer except in tiny print over the two big containers it said choose one, which I did not see until I revisited the order after my second large container of protein never showed up. So long story short, they interrupted my sale, confused me and sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and I only ended up with one of the large protein containers. Completely Misleading/borderline predatory. I use that last word only after contacting customer service and realizing they simply don't care about helping customers or that the ad was misleading. In addition to not helping me a bit, THEY ARE CHARGING ME A SHIPPING FEE of $10 to return the product!!! What??!!! I will also note that I was a returning customer and did like their product, but this has left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth. On a side note my kids opened the greens before I could stop them so I cant even return that one. Paying return shipping for 2 tiny containers, felt like I was scammed. Still wish they would make it right, but doubt it. I figured it was just a non-critical thinker reading a return script but I was told the matter was elevated to management and they also could care less. Who runs a business like this???!!!
