It’s been 2 months since I began taking their Biotin (started 3/26/25) and while I’m still on my first bottle, my expectations are realistic. When starting this supplement I was looking for any improvement in my hair and skin; be it length, fullness and or texture. I also wanted my face to shine bright like a diamond, honey! These things take time and so far I can say the pills are easy to take due to their size and my hair feels a bit fuller. I was experiencing itchiness of the skin (prior to taking this) and it has since subsided. Overall, a great experience with zero side effects.
