I ordered Naked Whey by mistake and immediately contacted them about a return ( I wanted Naked Casein). I had to submit a photo of the unopened container, which I did, but they waited two days to send the return label. Returns must be done in 14 days from order date. I immediately sent it back. They received it 9 days after my order. After three weeks they had not refunded my money. I contacted them and they said I was too late for a refund. I told them I returned it within 9 days. I then finally was refunded $15 of the $32 I spent. They deducted return shipping and discount. I would give them one star but granted I made the initial mistake. BTW, I have read a one star review on Amazon that they are secondary suppliers and NOT Organic certified. Read it yourself on Amazon.
