Naked Nutrition refused to honor my cancellation request and forced an unwanted shipment on me.I initially signed up for their subscription service when I tried their protein shake. When the company attempted to process a second order, I immediately contacted them to cancel the subscription and the reorder. They acknowledged my request but claimed it was “already shipped” and refused to cancel.I never wanted the second order. I made it clear, in advance, that I did not authorize or agree to receive it. Instead, Naked Nutrition charged me and sent the product against my explicit instructions.This conduct is unacceptable. It is misleading and unfair to consumers who should be able to cancel unwanted subscriptions without being trapped into paying for products they do not want.It is no surprise Naked Nutrition is not BBB accredited. Their subscription practices are deceptive and designed to exploit customers rather than serve them. I do not trust the quality of their products either. Never ordering from this predatory company again.
