However, my latest order (placed on July 14th) was a big disappointment in terms of delivery time.The website indicated a 4–5 day delivery window, but my order took nearly two weeks to arrive. I rely on protein as part of my daily routine, so the delay forced me to buy another brand in the meantime. When I reached out to customer service, the response was simply to send me the tracking link I already had, without really acknowledging the inconvenience.I still love the product itself, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again. I truly hope Naked Nutrition addresses shipping delays and improves communication with loyal customers.
