This company pushes hard to collect your personal data for marketing purposes with the promise of a discount that didn't work for me. They hit you with pop ups and they have a "quiz" that requires your information for the results. When I visited their site I was hit immediately with a pop up offering 20% off of my first order. The code immediately did not work on my cart. There is no disclaimer that this is only applicable to specific products. I reached out to their support via text message and was assured they could help resolve this, but only if I emailed them. After 4 total days of communication with their team, they decided the item I selected isn't eligible for discounts. During the time between messages with their team, I received a marketing email telling me to use my code. Again, this email has no disclaimers that there are exclusions. They are falsely promising a discount that a reasonable consumer cannot use without exclusions and limitations which are not disclosed before your information is provided. I asked to be removed from their marketing emails and have my personal data removed, and their response was to make me click the unsubscribe link in their marketing emails. Their customer support is lazy, uncaring, and has zero integrity in my opinion.
