I've been buying Naked Sprout/Naked Paper for years now - originally attracted by the claim of no chemical bleaching. At the time, it was easy to find other papers that had moved away from plastic but they were all white, indicating that chemicals had been used to bleach them. Once I had got used to the wet, brown sog in the toilet pan, I introduced the paper (toilet roll, kitchen roll and tissues) into our holiday house. I give our guests prior warning of our pretty buff-coloured paper and have we had one complaint? Nope, not one. All the iterations of paper are strong and soft enough for their various uses. The ordering system is efficient - if I need something immediately, I jump my subscription date and it arrives (to Scotland) 2 days later. And because Tom and Leila give regular manufacturing information insights, I can tell my guests what the eco-credentials are. Keep up the good work.
