Have been a subscriber for about 3 or 4 years. We've enjoyed most of the wines we have rdered. The problem is thedelivery. We've had at least 3deliveries that were missed and I don't mean a little late. One was "out for delivery" on a Friday. It didn't come. The case of wine sat in a FedEx delivery van for 3 days in JULY. Needless to say, we didn't want wine that had been sitting in a van at about 90+ degrees for 3 days. To their credit, they cancelled the delivery and ordered another case for us. The others missed FedEx deliveries claied we weren't home to sign for them. Well, we were home all day and surprise, surprise there was no appearance by a delivery person on our outdoor security cameras. Don't blame Naked Wines but I've about had it with missed deliveries.
