The wines were originally delivered to the wrong address, but Naked Wines immediately apologized. This was probably the fault of the delivery co. they rely on. Also, perhaps because I didn't read the email properly (the details aren't made entirely clear), I hadn't realized I had signed up for a longer-term subscription (£25 in the first instance). But again, the company apologized and has promised to refund the money immediately. The wines themselves are excellent! So despite the odd hiccup (so to speak), it was not a bad experience thanks to the swiftness of their response to problems.
