My experience is so different to the negative reviews. I’ve been with Naked wines for a couple of years now. I have found their customer service is second to none. Yes I accidentally subscribed at first, it is easily done. However with out any fuss they cancelled my subscription, refunded my money and allowed me to refuse delivery at the door. Later I voluntarily subscribed as an “angel”. I’ve changed how much I pay to match my wine requirements. Ever so easy. Not every bottle is perfect but that is dependent on my taste. I have never had to request a refund on a bottle. A service they remind me of if ever I speak to them. Yes, you can buy cheaper wine in the supermarket but not that much cheaper these days. Half the pleasure of buying is choosing from wines that you will never see in the supermarket. I always follow suggestions they make regarding temperature and allowing the wine to breath. I was surprised by the difference it makes.
