I've subscribed for over 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I get wines that i can't find in the supermarket, they're delivered pretty efficiently (only one delivery glitch and they sorted it out), and I get a 'free' sample thrown in every now and then. Yes the 'headline' RRP prices are over the top, but I find their Angel prices no worse than the majority of supermarkets with some really good options. Tasting notes and on site comments make it much easier to pick something to your liking than the average supermarket shelf. Dealing with them over any enquiries or issues is easy. I'm no wine buff and yes, there are probably cheaper wines out there. However, I invariably go back to favourites from their site and like the fact I can talk to their staff/other members on the site. I also like the fact my monthly stipend acts like a 'saving scheme' and anyone who can read should be able to understand the initial voucher discount and fact you sign up monthly. I don't have to buy if I don't want to, they will refund if I really dislike something ( I don't mean 'not just to my taste'), and I don't have to lug the bottles back. What's not to like?
