We placed our first order after this company was recommended by our friends who gave us your voucher, but despite three announcements over the last three days regarding expected delivery, nothing had been delivered to our door. Absolutely unreliable service and total disappointment. If these 12 bottles of red wine were ordered for a certain date and purpose or event etc. you’d be responsible not only for failure to adhere to your own standards but disaster to someone else’s social life.
