I reached out to NALI with a simple question: their site mentions a “take now, pay later” option for courses, but I couldn’t find where to actually do that online. I sent an email expecting, at best, a response in a day or two.
Paul replied in under five minutes.
Not only that—he didn’t just explain where to click or send a generic FAQ. He simply wrote back and said my courses were now open and I could take them and pay later. Done. No back-and-forth. No friction. No hoops.
I was genuinely surprised on three levels:
1. A real person named Paul exists.
2. He responded almost immediately.
3. He solved the problem completely in one step.
In a world of bots, delays, and “we’ve escalated your ticket,” this felt refreshingly human and respectful of my time. It told me a lot about how NALI operates and the values behind the organization.

excellent learning site with enough information to related course. I receive more knowledge on various legal/court family resolution affair process to help my family, friends and community in the court and resolution procedure such complex and non- complex divorce mediation process. Those are added on to criminal, litigation ..........
I recognize that all the information in this program is well done without any filters and straight to the point. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to understand addiction and all the substances that can lead to an unhealthy life
I had an outstanding and unique experience taking this courses. The courses are very explanatory, easy to understand and evidence based information. The babysitting course even includes a wallet certificate which is nice. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody looking to expand their knowledge on this topics or be a first time learner. 10/10
I took the HIPAA training. If your goal is to get a certificate, this fills the bill: they send you a beautiful one, in full color, with gold trim. If your goal is to learn something, not so much. Most webinars I’ve taken from other companies break the material down, explain it, interpret, highlight important issues, and give relevant examples; in other words, they teach. NALI, in contrast, just provides huge, indigestible pages of text, mostly reproducing verbatim the text of the law. I could have googled the law and learned as much (and as little), I’ve never seen anything like this. A disappointment.
