Today, I made another attempt to activate the SSL certificate I purchased in July. Initially, I faced difficulties activating it, and due to work commitments, I had to set it aside. Upon trying again today, I discovered that the problem might have stemmed from our server’s ports 80/443 being blocked due to policies from the ISP. We had previously used DNS verification with ACME. I reached out to the support team for assistance. They responded quickly, guided me to submit the CSR file via email, helped me add the CNAME record, and ultimately provided me with the SSL certificate. I successfully updated the certificate and am very thankful for the support team's help; this experience was truly enjoyable.
