This brand makes beautiful clothes, but their customer service needs work. One of my orders got cancelled due to it being out of stock. I didn't understand how I was able to purchase the item successfully if it wasn't available to begin with. Another one of my orders was partially refunded with no reason given at all. This wouldn't even be a problem if the email didn't come 1 week after I made the purchase. It's a shame. Out of all the luxury/high-end fashion brands I've tried this year Namilia has the most unique styles in my opinion. But after this experience I don't see myself purchasing anything else from them in the near future.
