My case started when I received completely wrong items. After seeing so many negative comments here on Trustpilot about customer service, I honestly expected the worst. However, that wasn’t my experience.
I immediately contacted customer support and sent photos on Tuesday. On Friday they responded, apologized, and generated a return label. I shipped the items back the following Monday and informed them.
The same day, within a few hours, they confirmed that my correct order had already been shipped and provided tracking details. The parcel arrived the same week.
Mistakes can happen, but in my case the issue was handled quickly and professionally once support got involved.
