The item I ordered was delivered with visible, significant damage. It was clear that the item is used, probably return from previous customer. I communicated the issue to customer support and received a bunch of false, misleading information. First they tried to put the blame on the previous customer (confirming it was used item) but later tried to blame the supplier saying it was sent that way from supplier to them (therefore they do not feel responsible).They didn't want to accept my request to send me unused item or return the money, but offered replacement parts (waiting for those 15-20 days) or 100 euros discount if I keep damaged item. Only after I filled a report to a regulator they accepted to pick up the item and return me the full amount. Still waiting for my refund.Indeed a bad experiense as they obviously sell damaged items without checking what they send to customers.
